Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Jogatina Arcade (jogatinarcade.com.br) uses, why, and what your rights are, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, LGPD).

1. Data stored on your device

Your progress (coins, records, daily missions, streak and nickname) is saved in your browser's local storage (localStorage). This data is not sent to us. You can delete it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser settings.

2. Leaderboards

When the online leaderboard is active, we store the nickname you chose and your scores, linked to a random, anonymous device identifier kept in Google Firebase. We do not ask for your real name, email, phone or ID. Do not use your full name or personal data as a nickname.

3. Account (optional)

If you create an account (with Google or with email and password), we store your email and your game progress (coins, records, streak and missions) in Google Firebase so you can play on any device. Your password is managed by Firebase and we have no access to it. To delete your account and its data, use the contact page.

4. Contact form

When you write to us through the contact page, we receive the name, email and message you send, only to reply. The form is processed by Netlify, the company that hosts the site.

5. Advertising and Google cookies

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners use cookies and identifiers to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can turn off personalized ads in Google Ad Settings and learn more at How Google uses cookies in advertising. Third-party vendors may also use cookies; see your options at aboutads.info. Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland see a consent message before personalized ads are used.

6. Hosting and technical logs

The site is hosted by Netlify, which may log technical access data (such as IP address, browser and time) for security and operation of the service.

7. Legal bases

We process data based on legitimate interest (site operation, security and leaderboards), consent (personalized advertising cookies, where applicable) and to respond to your requests (contact).

8. Your rights

You can request confirmation, access, correction or deletion of your data, as well as information about sharing, through the contact page. We reply within 15 days.

9. Children

The games are for all ages, but we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Parents or guardians can request deletion of any data through the contact page.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
